Dr. David Samadi is a highly recognized expert of medicine who is at this serving as Chairman of Urology as well as Chief of Robotic Surgery. Doctor Samadi was born in Iran in a small community but left with Dr. David Samadi’s brother in 1979. He was educated in Belgium and continued his education in London before eventually heading to the U.S. where he would graduate high school in New York. Operating out of Lenox Hill Hospital located in New York, he specializes in treating and diagnosing urologic diseases as well as several forms of cancer.

The Doctor earned his degree in biochemistry from Stony Brook University and then going on to achieve an M.D via the Stony Brook School of Medicine. After graduating in 1994, he trained at both Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Once Dr. David Samadi completed this task, he continued on study proctology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2001, and it is during this time that he first took notice of robotic radical prostatectomy procedure while working at Henri Mondor Hospital Creteil; located in France. Dr. David Samadi has successfully completed operations in over 40 countries but moved his team to Lenox Hill Hospital and accepted a position as Professor. Dr. David Samadi briefly hosted a Fox News TV show where he would give out medical advice and also started both a radio program and website, to spread health news worldwide. Dr. David Samadi is currently excited about his newest endeavor which is an innovative operation for prostate removal named after the Doctor.
